What is locomotion?
Locomotion is...moving in interesting ways!
It borrows from the animal kingdom to create primal skill patterns which can be combined into flowing sequences.
It develops incredible strength and revives natural ranges of motion often neglected in modern living (for example, the low squat).
Locomotion helped me get fit, strong, mobile and way more fluid in the way I move! Now, I'm helping others do the same!
Unfortunately, when I started learning locomotion, I couldn't find a teacher in my area and there were no online courses. So I travelled extensively, took workshops, seminars and studied online with various coaches.
As I shared my practice online and in my area, people started asking me to teach them locomotion.
So, I figured the best way to help the most people to learn locomotion was to create the course I dreamed of having when I started!
